No. A massage mat moves motors against you. The MAT plays sound through you. Low frequencies you cannot hear travel through the body as detailed physical sensation, following the music rather than buzzing at one level. Nothing presses, nothing kneads, and there is nothing to get used to.

The MAT is designed to meet UL, CE and FCC standards and is safe for general use. It contains powerful magnets, so do not use it if you have a pacemaker or any other electronic or mechanical device implanted or attached to support your body, or if you use a defibrillator. Consult your physician before using it if you have chest pain or pain in your neck or arm, shortness of breath or a heart condition, if you are pregnant, if you take medication (especially for your heart or blood pressure), or if you have any other health concern, such as back pain. The MAT and MAT Plus belong on a soft surface: your bed, a sofa, a massage table, a rug or any yielding surface, which is what couples the sensation into your body. Not directly on a bare hard floor; put a rug or mat underneath. The thicker MAT Pro can be used on any surface, including a bare floor.

You have 30 days from delivery. If the MAT is not for you, request a return authorization through support and send it back in its original box with all accessories for a refund.

Full return policy

It depends on where you live. In the US, we send you a prepaid return label through Happy Returns, and a flat return fee comes off your refund: $30 for the MAT, $35 for MAT Plus and $40 for MAT Pro ($15 for accessories). In the EU, you book and pay the return shipping in our Returnless portal. In the UK and everywhere else, you send it back yourself with a tracked service. Request your return authorization first and send everything back in its original box, and nothing else is deducted. A 15% restocking fee applies only to a return sent without an authorization or with parts missing.

A 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the day it is delivered. If anything is wrong, we repair it, replace it or refund it. Your woojer.com order number is your proof of purchase.

Yes, as long as the order has not shipped. Open a ticket with your order number as soon as possible and choose the cancel or address-change option. Once a parcel is on its way we can no longer redirect it.

HSA and FSA accounts hold pre-tax money for eligible health expenses. Paying with them means you are not paying income tax on that spend first, which for most people means saving an average of around 30 percent on the MAT. Savings vary by plan and tax bracket.
